If your feedback is with regards to our service and or offering, and is something you’ve noticed and would like us to improve on, or a suggestion that could make things better please email office@abbotswooddaynursery.co.uk for the attention of the manager. However, if it is something you feel is unacceptable and would like changed immediately you may wish to make a formal complaint.

How to make a complaint

Please use the nursery complaints policy. A complaint can be made in person, via telephone (01794 523686) or via email (office@abbotswooddaynursery.co.uk)

A complaint should be made to a member of the management team and not discussed with other staff members.
