We are graduate led by the Manager and Deputy who both hold BA’s in Early Years Practice with Early Years Professional Status (level 6). The Deputy Managers role includes that of ‘Curriculum Co-ordinator’ for the setting. As early childhood professionals we encourage an environment in which young children can grow and develop physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually.

The children within our care are treated as individuals and as such move to the next area/group when they are ready to do so, after parental and key person/group worker consultation.
